Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound sales
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and engage decision‑makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfort working in a metrics‑driven environment with clear targets and accountability
- Ability to quickly understand technical products and articulate value clearly
- High level of organization, follow‑through, and attention to detail
- Self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest in AI, software, SaaS, or emerging technology markets
- Based in or able to work from New York City, USA

Responsibilities

- Research and identify high‑potential prospects aligned with our ideal customer profile
- Initiate outbound outreach through email, calls, and social channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales or leadership
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and pipeline activity in CRM
- Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and targeting
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve outreach strategies
