Product Marketing and Social Media Expert

Job Summary

This role combines social media expertise with product marketing strategy to grow our online  presence, engage audiences, and generate qualified leads through different Social Media patforms. 

Qualifications

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

▪ Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, graphic design, and video  production. 

▪ Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and video editing  software. 

▪ Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. ▪ Excellent copywriting skills with a proven ability to create engaging and effective content. ▪ Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication. ▪ Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

▪ Experience with social media advertising, PPC campaigns, and A/B testing is a plus. ▪ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. ▪ Highly organized with strong attention to detail. 

▪ UI/UX design skills are an advantage. 

Key Responsibilites

▪ Develop and execute content strategies for different Social media platforms with product  launches, lead generation goals, and marketing campaigns. 

▪ Extensive experience in LinkedIn and Instagram aligned. 

▪ Manage organic and paid campaigns 

▪ Create engaging posts, videos, and stories to drive brand awareness, product visibility, and  audience engagement. 

▪ Foster community growth through active engagement with followers, influencers, and  partners. 

▪ Collaborate with sales teams to craft and promote compelling product messaging. ▪ Analyze performance metrics—including lead generation and conversion rates—to optimize  campaigns and provide actionable insights. 

▪ Stay updated on trends to ensure content remains innovative and platform-relevant. 

▪ Write compelling and targeted copy for social media posts, advertisements, and  campaigns. 

▪ Ensure consistency in brand voice across different social media channels. ▪ Create effective calls to action (CTAs) that drive conversions and engagement. 

▪ Develop copy for various formats, including posts, stories, ads, and videos. ▪ Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and generate  actionable insights. 

▪ Monitor SEO and user engagement to suggest content optimization. 

▪ Conduct A/B testing on social media content to improve campaign performance. ▪ Present data and analytics to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
