Position Overview:


As a UI/UX Expert specializing in websites, you will design user-friendly, visually compelling interfaces that not only prioritize the user journey but also align with marketing strategies to enhance engagement, conversions, and overall business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in UI/UX design for websites, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills

  • Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Fluent in WebFlow. Wordpress is a big advantage.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web usability standards.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript knowledge is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of marketing concepts, including lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including user acquisition, lead generation, and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics or similar for tracking user behavior and website performance.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance-driven design refinements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Familiarity with photography and image editing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging, responsive websites that provide a seamless user experience across devices.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for webpages and landing pages.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align website designs with campaign strategies and conversion goals.
  • Create landing pages optimized for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and implement data-driven design improvements to enhance UX and conversion rates.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for SEO and fast load times.
  • Work with developers to bring designs to life, ensuring they align with user intent and marketing goals.
